Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has decided to conduct a tour of the Vinares flats in Hulhumale’ Phase II for prospective buyers.
The Vinares housing project is a mid-range social housing project, which includes construction of 1,344 housing units across 10 towers. The project is nearing completion, and HDC is preparing to begin the sale of the flats.
HDC revealed a tour and an information session will be organised for individuals interested in buying Vinares flats. Individuals who wish to attend the tour and information session are required to register at the HDC online portal.
HDC said the information session will be held online, after which tours will be arranged based on registration. HDC said the tours will be 20 minutes long, and will be open until the end of August.
The housing units built under the Vinares project are all 3-room apartments. HDC had earlier revealed the project is expected to be completed by July.
