The Ilm Institute for Islamic Studies has conducted a special seminar for institutes teaching Arabic language studies in the Maldives.
The four-day seminar was held by Ilm Institute in association with the Arabic Language Learning Centre of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (ISESCO). The seminar was held from May 26-29 at the Islamic Centre in Male’.
During the seminar, discussions were held on strengthening the teaching of Arabic language in the Maldives, and resolving the current difficulties faced in teaching the language. Experts from the ISESCO Arabic Language Learning Centre provided their technical expertise to participants of the seminar.
The seminar was attended by 30 officials from 9 institutes teaching Arabic language in the Maldives.
