Maldives National University (MNU) has scheduled the 5th Theveli International Symposium to be held in August. The symposium is scheduled to be held from August 22-23.
The two-day conference is dedicated to nation-building research. The symposium is one of the largest conferences held in the Maldives with the participation of scholars from around the world to present scientific research in different disciplines. The most important purpose of the conference is to ensure that the higher education system of the Maldives is based on research and to ensure the national university is a knowledge development university.
The conference, organised by the Research Development Office of MNU, will be attended by professors from foreign universities, and world-renowned academic researchers. In addition, research papers can be presented in English, Dhivehi, or Arabic at the conference.
Theveli was first held in 2017 and has seen rapid support from the participants with the number of papers submitted to the conference increasing year on year.
